We recommend coming in for a cleaning and checkup every six months, which is the standard for most patients. These regular visits help us catch small issues like early signs of decay or gum disease before they become more serious or expensive to treat.
However, some patients may need to come in more frequently, especially if they have a history of gum disease, wear orthodontic appliances like aligners, or are more prone to plaque buildup.
